This is Angela Anaconda; one of my favourite childhood cartoon series'! It was created using 'cut-out animation' where pieces of paper or card are cut out and arranged and then moved slightly with each frame to create the effect of movement..
The cartoon has been made using the cut outs of people's photos, which is awesome! The photos are animated and then made into hilarious cartoons! :D
