Yuriy Norshteyn
Yuriy Norshteyn is a Russian animator who has been working on the same cut out feature film animation (called 'The Overcoat') for 30 years! By 2004, only 25 minutes had been produced; 30 minutes had been promised by 2007 but as of the end of 2010 they have not been publicly seen.
This really goes to show just how laborious animation can be!
